Firefox 21 unreponsive script slows down entire system
On certain websites, Firefox pops up an unresponsive script message. I respond by stopping the script. But from that point on, Firefox gets really slow. It even affects other applications and the system menus.
Restarting Firefox does not help, nor does logging out and back in. I ran Firefox without any extensions, but that does not make any difference either.
How can I convince Firefox to not slow down other parts of the system?
